Membership Policy

~ A minimum commitment of 4 months is necessary to qualify for Dream Glow's ~ membership.

~ Monthly attendance is mandatory.

~ Memberships cannot be transferred.

~ Opting out before completing the 4-month membership period incurs a balance payment based on the difference between membership and regular facial prices for the completed sessions. For instance, if the Blue Diamond Glow costs $115 at regular price and $100 with membership, the balance of $15 is required.

If you're unable to attend your scheduled monthly facial you MUST notify Cleo beforehand, you can reschedule it for the following month (limited to one rollover per membership). Alternatively, you can reschedule within the same month if slots are available. Declining the rescheduled facial incurs billing at the regular rate.

You must undergo a series of at least 4 facials during your membership.

Note: Late cancellations or no-show fees during your membership do not count as one of the 4 required facials.
